Girlhood Interviews

Inspired by the social practice of artists like Suzanne Lacy, the Girlhood Interviews is an international project facilitating art-making in public spaces, inviting women, femme and gender-expansive people to reflect on the question, “What does it mean to be a girl?”

Girlhood Interviews launched in Berlin, Germany during an artist residency with Picture Berlin. Future interview locations are currently in the works. All artwork produced during interviews is archived for future exhibition. See more Girlhood Interviews photos and updates here.
